The Health and Safety of our members, visitors and staff is of the utmost importance to us and we are doing all that we can to ensure a high standard is maintained for all. With that being said we are happy to advise that all Wyong Leagues Group venues will begin to reopen from Monday 1 June in a limited format.
Please understand this is an ever changing situation and we will continue to update our procedures as changes occur, for now please see below frequently asked questions.
COVID-19 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is entry open to?
Entry will be open to members and visitors.
All members must swipe through a kiosk upon entry and all visitors must record their details in our visitor database. We are required to keep records of all people entering the venues for contact tracing if required.
Can I make bookings?
Yes, our restaurant is taking bookings.
Will I need to check in with the Service NSW app?
Yes, you will need to scan the Service NSW QR code upon arrival. If you are unable to scan it yourself, our reception team will provide assistance.
Do I need to have food to order a drink?
No you may come in and use any of the available facilities without needing to order food.
You must remain seated whilst having your food or drink.
How may I pay in venue?
Every till has tap and go facilities available which we would encourage you to use.
We will have our ATMs available and they will be frequently sanitised, so you may still pay with cash.
Are gaming facilities open?
Yes, our gaming rooms are open with social distancing measures in place. We have rearranged a number of our rooms to make them more comfortable in the current climate so that machines are 1.5 metres apart. Where this has not been possible, we have turned off every second machine.
Are our courtesy buses operating?
However due to restrictions our bus is only running with a limited capacity to limited areas.

Are we running promotional activities?
Yes, the following activities are currently running:
– Cash bingo
– Club bingo
Do we have live entertainment?
No, we don’t have live entertainment at this time.
Are there time limits on venue attendance?
No there are no limits to the amount of time you may be in the venues.
Do I still enter the club as I normally would?
To control patron numbers and ensure checks are conducted of all people entering the venue only the main entries to the club will be open. This is for entry and exit. Where the entry to the venue permits there will be dedicated in and out lanes to help control the flow.
If the venue has reached its capacity you may need to wait out the front, we ask that you please practice social distancing whilst waiting.
Who are our COVID marshals?
You can spot some of our friendly staff wearing a yellow vest, these are our COVID marshals who will be present in the club at all times; ensuring people are social distancing and remaining seated.
